Roadshow Films asked Max to produce two social media posters, that could be divided across multiple Instagram posts, to tease and build anticipation for the film ‘Promising Young Woman’.

With a tight schedule, and zero access to accompanying material, Max created visuals based purely from the published trailers. Deploying a number of analouge & digital collage tehcniques, paired with hand-drawn illustrations, many tricks were used in order to meet the clients needs. Project highlights inlcuded scanning kitsch fabrics from Op-Shops, as well as replicating Carrey Mulligan’s characters handwriting, to produce a scrawly tally written within a notebook.
